The product challenge
Teams repeatedly move the same information from forms, spreadsheets, and internal tools into contracts, invoices, reports, and certificates. The result is copy-and-paste work, fragile formatting, and files that are difficult to reproduce reliably.
The system
Docgin connects structured data, reusable templates, and document generation in one workflow. A template defines the layout and logic; a form, spreadsheet, or API supplies the data; the engine produces a controlled document for one person or an entire batch.
The platform is being designed around conditionals, loops, dynamic variables, hosted forms, visual template building, document import, JSON mapping, and API-driven workflows.

Current state
Docgin is in active development and currently presented as an early-access product. The public experience focuses on the core workflow and the platform direction without pretending unfinished capabilities are already shipped.
